When an enquiry is made, Graeme Barclay will arrange a site meeting with you to discuss the proposals and the scope of services needed to complete the project. Following the meeting, you will be provided with a letter giving advice, as well as full details of the commission and fees. No charges are made for the initial site meeting.
Fees for architectural services will usually be 'lump sum' (fixed) dependent on the complexity of the project; design risk involved; and scope of services to be provided.
